The CCA Group was founded in 1980 by Dieter R Klostermann, Chairman. CCA is one of the leading developers and operators of private clubs worldwide. The company pioneered the professional management of private clubs in Asia and Europe and has an ongoing development programme of expansion. Its growing number of clubs under management gives it economies of scale and the ability to offer reciprocal usage rights to Members of each of its clubs.

CCA's philosophy is to develop clubs and resorts based on the principles of professional excellence, quality operations and exceptional service and the promotion of business contacts in a conventional setting. Each club, even within the same category, has an original design and its own unique atmosphere and character.

CCA has established "Palmerston" as a brand name for its hotel and resort division. The Group's long-term objective is to establish a global brand of outstanding and multi-facility hotels and resorts in partnership with leading developers and investors or under long-term management contracts. Each property being unique with its own philosophy is "The Secret is in our Service".
